JJL LP2 Post14: Step 6— Build Strong Habits

Home stretch!

We've made it to Step 6 and it will be smooth sailing from here, right?

Well, let's see now... how are you at setting good habits and sticking to them?

More than Appointments on your Calendar

We HAVE made it through the significant part of our Learn to Lead with Your Strengths project: In the coming week you have

  • just 21 more pages to read,
  • to take the SET assessment again and see where you've moved your dials to, and
  • place a few recurring appointments on your calendar.

Oh, and there is this business about setting five strong habits.

And What Happens If...

  • I don't know if I should take this job?
  • I don't think I should have taken this job...?
  • I'm new to the job?
  • I'm constantly overworked?
  • My manager doesn't understand me?
  • My manager is an idiot?
  • I'm burned out?
  • In the grand scheme of things, my job is not that important?
  • Deep down, I don't think I'm as good as everyone says I am?

MB has a few answers, all in those pages.

I'll meet up with ya on Saturday to compare notes,
~ Rosa

My last posting for this project was this one (about Step 5 results), and you'll find the rest of the Project Navigation here.

David Zinger has wrapped up his series for us with these two postings:
