I agree. I definitely try to find some fun at work. It has gotten progressively harder to do with all the "political correctness" that abounds now. I am up to the challenge however. Something simple and participatory can go a long way towards team building and success, of course the success part is key to justify the humor as part of business!

I'm with you on that, Dave. Goals energize the team to work together for the win.
And, to reach the targets along the way to that goal. Without individual concentration, it just wouldn't happen. Each person needs that intense concentration.

Hi Joanna, you are so right. I've always thought learning in school would be so different if teachers hooked students similarly!
